The Sherwood Breakfast and After School Clubs
The Sherwood School run a Breakfast and After School Club and are delighted to welcome all children from Reception to Year 6 to attend these sessions. You can choose which sessions your child attends, or they can come all week!

Food
Breakfast club
Breakfast is served before 8am. Every day there is a selection of cereals, toast with butter and jam, fresh fruit, milk, sugar free squash and water on offer.
There are also breakfast 'specials; as follows:
Monday and Wednesday - Baked beans on toast
Tuesday and Thursday- Pancakes or Waffles with honey or syrup
Friday - Bagels with butter and jam
After School Club
After 4.30pm children are offered a meal, fresh fruit, yoghurt and sugar free squash or water.
The current meals on offer are as follows:
Monday - Beef or chicken burger with lettuce and tortilla chips
Tuesday - Do it yourself wrap with selection of cold meats, cheese, hummus and vegetable sticks
Wednesday - Cheese and tomato pizza
Thursday - Do it yourself sandwich with selection of cold meats, cheese, hummus and vegetable sticks
Friday - Chicken hot dog in a bun with tortilla chips.
Children with dietary needs will be catered for.

A variety of activities are on offer at Wrap Around Care clubs:
Sports & Games
Arts & Crafts (painting, modelling, making jigsaws, drawing, colouring)
Baking (cheese straws, banana cookies, icing biscuits)
Gardening (planting sweet peas and spring onions)
Cinema night (at Afterschool Club)
End of Term Fun Days
Toys & Play (construction, games/jigsaws, mazes)
